The room was beautifully presented with a comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom.

The room itself was brand-new and extremely pleasant with terrace. The attached restaurant served a wide range of nice food.

It has very good staff. It has great and unbeatable setting in the old part of town.

The location is perfect, appreciated to be near some leisure places, we've visited restaurants and bars. Prado San Sebastian tube station is within 10 minutes' walk. The staff are outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast is savoury.

Everything was great, amazing location not far from main attractions and the most romantic square covered by orange trees, wonderful experience. The breakfast was cheap, such variety, with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Appreciated the place, had a fairly nice stay than on our previous visit. There where fine beds and an electric kettle, air conditioner and an individual safe in the double room.

The room was clean and very nice and confortable. Good bed. Quite easy to find and 2 minutes walk from the Giralda. Close to good bars and restaurants. The staff was welcomming and gave us good information. I really recommand

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by beautiful orange trees in an idyllic square. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with either a small balcony or a large terrace overlooking the vibrant plaza. The staff are friendly, 

Pretty rooms, nice location by a square in the center.

No minibar in the room and no sale of soft drinks or wine in the hotel at all. Seems to be a deal they have with the restaurants in the square to get guests to buy expensive drinks there instead. There are no normal shops in the area. When we arrived tired, hot and thirsty I first looked for a minibar, then went to reception. They told me to buy at the next-door restaurant. This is a very touristy area, so the cheapest bottle of red wine there cost 16 euro. Open solution between bedroom and toilet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location. The hotel was well presented.

Our room was very small though it was very clean and comfortable with a large terrace.
